Update PHP-CSL to v0.9.1 (Fixed the XSS security problem) 

v0.9 fixes the + sign bug and provides additional features:

- display code line numbers for easier reference

- flexibility to create more libraries for better organization
	(currently, there's only 1 library -- e107).
